Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

1. The service

Ghissu Evaluation evaluates handwritten UPSC Mains practice answers using AI. For each evaluated question you receive annotated pages, parameter-wise ratings with indicative marks, improvement suggestions, a model answer and related topper answers. The service is a study aid: marks and feedback are indicative and do not predict or guarantee marks in any actual examination.

2. Accounts

You need an account to evaluate answers. Accounts on this site are separate from accounts on ghissu.com. You are responsible for activity under your account and must provide accurate information.

3. Coins

  • Evaluations are paid for with coins: 1 coin per 10/15-mark question, 2 coins per GS4 case study, 3 coins per essay.
  • Coins are prepaid credits for this service only. They are non-transferable, non-withdrawable and cannot be converted back to money except as described in the Refund Policy.
  • Coins do not expire.
  • Free signup coins are limited to one grant per person; multiple accounts created to farm free coins may be removed.
  • If a question fails to evaluate for a technical reason, the coin is automatically returned. Disagreement with marks is not a technical failure; a human re-check is available as a separate paid option.

4. Your uploads

  • You confirm you have the right to upload the material you submit (your own handwriting; questions you have legitimate access to) and that uploads are for your personal evaluation only.
  • We do not publish, share or resell your uploaded answer sheets. See the Privacy Policy for storage details.
  • Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you are contractually barred from reproducing.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to disrupt the service, probe its infrastructure, scrape other users' data, or resell evaluations commercially without our written consent.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the coins involved in that claim. We are not liable for examination outcomes.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
