Technical failures: automatic coin return

If a question fails to evaluate for a technical reason (processing error, unreadable output, a crashed evaluation), the coin for that question is returned to your balance automatically and the question can be retried at no extra cost. You never pay for an evaluation you did not receive.

Marks disagreements

Marks are indicative by nature and disagreement with them is not a refund event. If you believe an evaluation is genuinely off, a human re-check by our team is available for an additional coin cost per question, with a written verdict within 72 hours.

Coin purchases

Coin purchases are refundable within 7 days for the UNUSED portion of the purchased pack, to the original payment method via Razorpay. Used coins are not refundable. Free signup coins have no cash value.

How to request

Write to us via the Contact page with your account email and the transaction reference. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
